UlTiMe [UTM] Clan

UTM was formed by 6 players in April 2007 as a dedicated PlayStation 3 clan. As time passed, we built a a very strong reputation, most notably for being the best European clan on Call of Duty 3. This helped us attract many other top players and we became stronger and stronger. One of our founding members UTM-Benjdu alongside UTM-RaSta-BoB and his brother UTM-GolD-EyeS came across PS3Leaderboards, an website for competitive console gaming. This helped us get acquainted with clan wars and competing in ladders and tournaments. It was here where we made a name for ourselves taking #1 spot on the ladder where we stayed until Modern Warfare was released. Modern Warfare turned out to require little skill but more teamwork so we decided to elaborate on this aspect of our gaming.

Our aim now is to be considered one of the top clans in Europe and do well in all ladders and tournaments we compete in. We want to be well known for our abilities as individuals and as a team.

Despite our competitiveness UTM is not just a clan. We are a community and over time have become great friends. This enables us to work as a team and let the tactics become natural to us.

UTM played many matches against top clans from different nations which included: GS (FRA), BFG (NED)and ASN (ESP). The matches proved to be a great success and showed that UTM had come a long way from the launch of Modern Warfare.

The clan have started the first season of Modern Warfare 2 strongly placing third on the GameBattles leaderboards just behind 2 major eSports teams. We decided to enter the GameStop GB 4v4 tournament and finished in a well deserved third place which is a brilliant result as some of us are new to the rules and regulations. We also came 3rd in the PS3 LB Turtle Beach tournament.
